Placements and Volunteer Counsellors
A substantial amount of counselling and support is provided by volunteer counsellors and counsellors in training. Our volunteer and placement counsellors do not need to have experience of working with childhood sexual abuse issues prior to volunteering with KASP as training is delivered to all newly recruited counsellors.
KASP provides external supervision and travel expenses for volunteer and placement counsellors.
If you are interested in volunteering and can contribute 3 to 4 hours a week of your time, supporting up to three clients a week, send in your application form and we will keep you informed of the next recruitment and training that we have scheduled.
